Following right laparoscopic adrenalectomy, the hypokalemia resolved and his residual hypertension was easily controlled with two antihypertensive medications. Adrenal venous sampling lateralized aldosterone secretion to the right adrenal gland and a cortical adenoma was found at laparoscopic right adrenalectomy.
